That includes text, photography, video, graphics, label and packaging artwork, and product descriptions. Nothing on this website gives you a license to use our name, logo or content without our prior written permission.

3. An Independent Fragrance House
Da Redolence is an independent fragrance house. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other fragrance, fashion or beauty brand. Any third-party names on this website belong to their owners.

Our guarantees apply only to purchases made through these channels, under the terms in our Return & Exchange Policy. We cannot verify the authenticity, condition or storage of products bought anywhere else.

5. Product Use and Safety
Our fragrances are for external use only. For your safety:

Fragrance contains alcohol and is flammable. Keep it away from heat, sparks and open flame
Avoid contact with eyes and with broken or irritated skin
Keep out of reach of children and pets
If you have sensitive skin, patch test before first use
If irritation occurs, stop using the product, and see a doctor if it continues

Please read all label directions and warnings before use.

6. Product Descriptions and Performance
Scent is personal. Our fragrance notes, moods and longevity descriptions reflect our creative intent and typical experience. How a fragrance smells and how long it lasts can vary with skin chemistry, climate, application and storage, so we do not guarantee the same results for every wearer.
Our fragrances are custom-created and blended in the USA, then hand-poured and bottled by us in small batches. Some components, such as packaging, come from international suppliers.

7. Images, Video and Digital Content
Some images and videos on our website and social channels are created or enhanced with digital tools, including AI-generated models and scenes. They are for creative and illustrative purposes. Product colors and packaging may look slightly different on your screen.

8. Our Impact Commitment
Each quarter, Da Redolence pledges 12% of its net profits to causes that support education and youth development, women’s empowerment and environmental resilience. The pledge is based on profit, not on each sale. In a quarter with no net profit, no contribution is made for that quarter. Da Redolence LLC is a for-profit company, and purchases are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

9. Creators, Partners and Reviews
We may work with creators and partners who receive free products, commissions or payment, and we ask them to clearly disclose that relationship. Customer reviews and testimonials reflect individual opinions and experiences. They do not guarantee results.

10. Pricing and Errors
We work to keep prices, availability and product information accurate. If an error occurs, we may correct it and cancel or adjust the affected orders, as described in our Terms of Service.
