If you later purchase a fragrance included in your Identity Set, that bottle does not receive a new 365-Day Sample-First Guarantee, because you have already had the opportunity to sample it.

Your bottle purchase will instead follow our standard Return and Exchange Policy, including all applicable unopened and unused product requirements.

Important: The Identity Set is your sample-first experience and is not covered by the 365-Day Sample-First Guarantee. Purchasing it does not create a new 365-day trial period for a future bottle.

The guarantee applies only to eligible bottle purchases when the fragrance was not previously sampled through the Identity Set.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided by applicable law.

Trial Trio Credit Terms

Your Trial Trio purchase includes a $22 credit toward one eligible full-size Da Redolence fragrance bottle.

The credit may be used after purchasing the Trial Trio and must be applied toward an eligible full-size bottle purchase.

Eligible full-size bottles include only 50ml (Signature) and 100 ml (Legacy) bottles.

The Trial Trio, 6 ml, 15 ml, 30 ml size, and other sample/discovery items are not considered full-size bottles.

The $22 credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit must be used toward a future eligible full-size Da Redolence purchase.

Only one Trial Trio credit may be applied per eligible full-size order unless otherwise stated.
