Da Redolence Impact Contribution Policy

Purpose

Da Redolence is committed to building a brand with purpose, responsibility, and long-term discipline. To support this commitment in a sustainable way, Da Redolence intends to contribute 12% of qualifying net profits on a quarterly basis to charitable causes aligned with the brand’s impact priorities.

How Net Profits Are Calculated

For purposes of this policy, “qualifying net profits” means revenue remaining after applicable business expenses, which may include:

Cost of goods sold (COGS)

Shipping and fulfillment costs

Payment processing fees

Marketing and advertising expenses

Platform, software, and operational expenses

Administrative and other ordinary business expenses

Contribution Timing

Impact contributions, if any, are evaluated and made on a quarterly basis:

Q1: January–March

Q2: April–June

Q3: July–September

Q4: October–December

Sustainability Clause

If Da Redolence does not generate qualifying net profit in a given quarter, no impact contribution will be required for that quarter. This approach is intended to support both the long-term health of the business and the sustainability of its impact mission.

Recipient Selection

Da Redolence may support nonprofit organizations, charitable programs, or impact-focused initiatives that align with its stated impact priorities. Specific recipients may change over time based on company discretion, available resources, business conditions, due diligence, and campaign structure.

Transparency

Da Redolence maintains internal records relating to impact contributions. As the brand grows, it may share periodic public impact updates or summaries at its discretion.

Policy Review

This policy may be reviewed, updated, modified, or discontinued at any time in order to reflect business realities, legal requirements, and the company’s evolving mission.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Da Redolence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or formally partnered with any specific nonprofit, charity, or third-party organization. Any charitable support is determined solely by Da Redolence under this policy.
