365-Day Sample-First Guarantee
Every eligible full-size fragrance includes a complimentary 2ml sample to try first.
We encourage you to test the sample before opening the full-size bottle. If the scent is not right for you, you may return the unopened, unsealed full-size bottle within 365 days of delivery for a full refund.
Because fragrance is personal, we created this promise to let you experience da Redolence with confidence, not pressure.
IDENTITY SET / TRIAL TRIO EXCEPTION
Our 365-Day Sample-First Money-Back Guarantee applies to eligible full-size fragrances only and does not apply to the Identity Set (packaged as the “Trial Trio”).
Once opened or used, the Identity Set is not eligible for return or refund due to scent preference, longevity, or change of mind. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders remain covered under our applicable policies.
Any promotional credit is subject to the Identity Set Credit Terms.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
Safe Arrival Promise
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right quickly.

Every da Redolence fragrance is:
• authentic and brand-direct
• batch-coded and quality checked
• tamper-sealed where applicable
• produced in accordance with our quality and compliance standards
If your order arrives with a verified quality issue, authenticity concern, or damage in transit, we will review it for a replacement or refund.
Price Protection
If the price of the same item on our official website drops within 7 days of your purchase, we are happy to issue the difference as store credit upon request.
Applies only to identical items purchased through our official website. Excludes bundles, limited editions, promotional events, final sale items, and third-party retailers.
Shipping Commitment
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 3–5 business days.
If unexpected delays occur, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
If we miss our stated handling window for reasons within our control, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
Clean Skin Support
Fragrance is personal, and skin chemistry can vary.
If you experience sensitivity after a proper patch test, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our team will review the situation and, when appropriate, offer store credit or a one-time scent exchange.
Refill & Recycle Credit
Sustainability matters to us.
Eligible customers who return empty qualifying bottles may receive a credit toward a future refill or purchase, subject to our refill program terms at the time of return.
Important Notes
• Returns must be requested through our Return Portal within the stated return window.
• Full-size bottles must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return under our Sample-First Promise.
• Complimentary samples, discovery items, limited editions, promotional items, and final sale products are not eligible for refund unless required by law.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns, replacements, or credits in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.
