365-Day Sample-First Guarantee
Every 30ml Travel, 50ml Signature and 100ml Legacy bottle arrives with a complimentary 2ml sample of the same scent. Wear the sample first. If the scent isn’t right for you, keep the bottle sealed and request a return within 365 days of delivery for a full refund of the bottle’s purchase price.
To qualify, the bottle and its box must be unopened, unused and sealed, and returned with all original packaging and any gift included with the order. Return shipping is paid by the customer.Not covered: 6ml Pocket and 15ml Car sizes, the Identity Set, and any bottle of a scent you previously sampled through the Identity Set. These follow our standard Return & Exchange Policy.
The Identity Set
The Identity Set (presented in our Trial Trio box) is your sample-first experience and is final sale once delivered, unless it arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or broken, we’ll send a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if that item is unavailable. Email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, the outer box and the packaging.

Price Protection
If the price of the same item on daredolence.com drops within 7 days of your purchase, ask and we’ll issue the difference as store credit. We aim to ship in-stock orders within 3–5 business days. If your order will be delayed, we’ll email you before that window closes with an update and your options, including a refund. If we miss the window for reasons within our control, we may add store credit to your account.Skin Comfort Support
Skin chemistry is personal. If a fragrance irritates your skin, stop using it and consult a doctor if irritation continues. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll review your order for store credit or a one-time scent exchange.Good to Know
