At Da Redolence, we value honest feedback and authentic community content.

 

Authenticity

Reviews, testimonials, and UGC submitted to us must reflect the submitter’s genuine opinion and actual experience.

No Fake or Misleading Content

We do not permit fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, impersonation, deceptive editing, or misleading claims. The FTC’s reviews rule, effective October 21, 2024, targets deceptive and unfair conduct involving consumer reviews and testimonials, including fake reviews and certain undisclosed insider testimonials.  

Incentivized Content

If we provide a free product, discount, gift, affiliate relationship, creator payment, or any other material benefit in connection with a review, testimonial, or creator content, that relationship must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously where required.  

Moderation

We may review, remove, reject, or decline to publish content that is:

• false or misleading

• abusive or unlawful

• offensive or irrelevant

• infringing on third-party rights

• inconsistent with our brand or policy standards

License to Use Content

By submitting content to da Redolence or tagging us in a way we request permission to repost, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, display, and publish that content for marketing and business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
